Medication
Medication that is to be kept in the health office needs to be:
Prescriptions:
Example: Insulin, Glucagon
Must include prescription label with: student’s name, name of medication, dose/strength, instructions for administration, and expiration date.
Student’s who will “self carry” their medication must have an approved medical plan AND are allowed to carry only enough medication for one day at a time.
