06. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Lincoln County SD#2 believes that meaningful professional development is critical to the development of highly effective teachers. Our approach to professional development involves three phases that are thoughtfully planned by staff and leadership. 

Phase One -Identifying a need (Needs Assessment).

Phase Two – Honing in on the best PD to address the identified need (Grant Process).

Phase Three – sending staff to those PD opportunities or bringing the PD to our staff.
